We stayed for two nights while fishing and exploring the area. Christie was very responsive and helpful, and communicated everything we needed to know. She was also understanding when we had to leave a day early and refunded a portion of our last night. This location was pretty central on Grand Isle, and easy to find.

Super nice house in Grand Isle. It's really well stocked in both the kitchen and with lots of little amenities. Very simple beach access, great porch, cozy little patio. Legit sleeps about a million people, not the typical airbnb that lists "sleeps 20" or something and then has two beds. This place for real has enough beds for a small army. Multiple fridges... Host was super nice and quick to respond. Didn't really need anything, felt super accommodated. This would be an easy recommendation to anyone visiting Grand Isle.

Eden Cove was a wonderful long weekend getaway. It was very peaceful and relaxing. House and amenities were just as described. Beds were all very comfy, kitchen was well stocked and cabinets and drawers were even labeled. Christie was very responsive and provided easy to follow instructions. We only had 5 adults and our fur baby on this trip but there was so much space that we would love to return with a larger group in the future. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Responsive, accommodating and understanding. I did not pay attention when I was signing up and we brought a pet dog on the trip - home is pet friendly but I forgot to make the adjustment on my end.
Host was understanding and allowed me grace to pay the additional pet cleaning fee. Home is spacious and perfect place to hang out inside or down stairs. About a 30 second walk to the beach or a 12 minute walk to Tommy’s bar for a good time. We will be back.

All in all, this trip was perfect. The space is beautiful, it was quiet and secluded enough. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my family without the hubbub of additional costly excursions. My family had a wonderful time, the kids loved being outside and fishing. I stayed for an additional two days with my partner and it was such a treat to have that time alone. I highly recommend this trip for a peaceful getaway and I hope to be back soon. 

The host was friendly and all the instructions were crystal clear. There weren’t any problems we ran in to.

C’est tres tres bon! (It’s VERY VERY good!) Stepping inside, the homey layout is PERFECT for families! 2 living rooms downstairs each with its own tv. The 4 person bar stool top table pictured has been updated to a large farmhouse table with seating for 8-10 with a bench and 4 chairs perfect for meals & late night card games! SUPER comfortable furniture & mattresses especially all the recliners. 3 BR upstairs with loft bed allowed adults to sleep peacefully away from the living areas if big kids wanted to stay up late. 3 baths (1 being an upstairs tub/shower combo) made for easy cleanup after beach days! Towels were plush & plentiful! The place was so CLEAN! Host Christie thought of everything you could possibly need as the kitchen was very well stocked. The best feature was across-the-street access to the beach-no golf cart required! The boiling pot was handy to boil those full crabs caught at the beach! So happy I chose Christie’s place & you will too! Thank you 4 sharing C’est Bon!

This place was a great value for a large group. We had 14. There was plenty of space, lots of things to do, great areas to hang out, cook, and visit. Would definitley recommend this place!! I would say Eden Cove is a fantastic place to have a big family/friend vacation. Everyone really enjoyed themselves!

We lived the place! Definitely plenty of space, had everything we needed. Even with the rain we had plenty to do, loved fishing off the dock and our daughters loved the bunkhouse.

Positive: You could literally walk to the beach from the house!! The house was nice, everything was clean. Christie provides a lot of extra things to make sure you and your family can have a fun time. She had a chest full of sand toys and other things that you could borrow. Lots of bathrooms that were conveniently placed, and the bedrooms were nice.
Negative: The only complaint I had was the kitchen sink didn’t seem to run hot water. Other than that, everything was perfect. There’s a bathroom right beside the kitchen so it wasn’t that big of a deal

As someone who has been going to Grand Isle for 70 years, this is the nicest location that i have ever stayed. However with neighbors blasting lousy music from across the street and a beach littered with ATVs, i dont know that i will return.  The house however was outstanding!

Great Camp in a great location, across from the beach with a gulf view from the upper deck. Three bedrooms and three bath camp. We have a Boiling Pot & charcoal BBQ Pit. Fully stocked kitchen with a stove and fridge. We have a separate laundry room, a pantry, and an extra fridge. It's right across from the beach public access with an upstairs deck facing the water.
Pet-friendly property $200 cleaning charge for pets as I have life threatening asthma.

Three bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a Full and one with a full over full bunk with twin trundle. Plus there is a loft with a queen bed and a living room futon sofa.

Four parking spots.

Middle of the island. Within a mile of restaurants and grocery stores.

Construction on the levee is almost finished. Our beach entry is open! The internet connection is fiber so it's blazing fast!

It was an enjoyable stay and would rent again.
Positive: The location was great.  It was conveniently located near other camps where family stayed and the grocery store. All of the appliances were nicely updated. Having 2 refrigerators, multiple clean full bathrooms and a dishwasher were a big plus.
Negative: The air-conditioned system does not cool the house comfortabley. The bed at the top of the stairs was not comfortable.

Christie was a great host.  Home was well appointed and appeared as advertised.  All bedrooms were upstairs which is great for people going to bed at different times.  Good linens and pillows.  If you are staying with fishing buddies it will accommodate 4 or 5 easily.  If you are with spouses you could do 8 people easily.  I would stay there again
